Because our researchers’ time is precious, we do have to put some conditions around this offer. The winner will be contacted by Ontario Parks and offered a couple of possible alternative dates between June and August 2009. The activity that you participate in will depend on what we’re up to this summer and what date you select. As an example, you could be counting moose, banding birds or tracking turtles.
You will be responsible for your own travel to Algonquin, accommodation (if necessary), and personal expenses but you’ll have a once in a lifetime experience to work alongside a dedicated Ontario Parks’ staff person or partner. You may bring along one friend but both individuals must be over 18 years of age.
